It holds a zero very well and works as i expected it to. The tolerances are pretty snug though so it shouldn't be off very much when you put it back on.
Original green color is the brightest glowing at night. This is the 3rd color of this particular sight glow paint i have purchased. Glows and glows.

It's not even flourescent, let alone phosphorescent. Very ineffective and luminosity drops very quickly. It glows for about a minute and a half.
The paint will glow pretty bright for about a minute or two, then slowly fades out. The paint is chalky. Would not recommend.
