The pup peed on them and it soaked through, with the backing and floor wet. Everywhere, soaked through the “waterproof pad” right into the floor.
The backing is not that sticky. Looks like a carpet. Puppies nails will get stuck in the top layer.

Pee pad is now secure. I like to send the puppies home crate and pee pad trained. The only problem when you have puppies is they shred pee pads. No more missed potty.
