Samsung continues to make the flagship of flagships for android. The only problem is that the phone isnt unlocked. If you don't see an update, that means the phone has been functioning perfectly.

All day battery. It works flawlessly. Very simple to setup. Came with minimal accessories.

This is the second time i have done amazon renewed and it is so worth it! It looks great and it feels great. Excellent condition minus a dirty pen compartment. Overall fantastic value for the money.

This is something that samsung has done for years and apple too and several other phones. While it says it's unlocked, it actually has a *bunch* of carrier software on it, including boost mobile visual voicemail.

The only good thing about this phone is the biometric sensor placement. When i text, it works ok as long as i dont try to send a picture or gif. Four months is long for seller to step in to help me with this issue anyway.

It takes forever for the camera app to open. It's very slow to uploaded and download things. On my old bargain bin samsung i open themes, pick one, or buy one, that's it.

However, for almost $200 this phone is a huge disappointment. This is the slowest phone i have ever owned. You're better off buying older former flagship phones at deep discounts versus trying your luck with newer value models assembled with the cheap...  Read More
