The secret to keeping these blankets from matting is to make sure they are fully dried. The blanket washes up well and comes out of the dryer just as fluff as it was. The other big plus is that it is machine washable.

The blanket is well made and made of a high percentage of recycled materials. The weight of the blanket is 400 gsm, which is higher than several of my other throws that are also made of polyester.

The cooling material fits like one of the moisture wicking athletic shirts. Saved my sanity during a 100+ 4-day camping trip in washington state. Well worth the money for our hot and humid south texas summers.
It keeps my upper body warm and somewhat snuggly while my legs stay cool. My husband and i are always * off the lightweight duvet. It has two sides and i believe one is suppose to warm and the other cools.
It does nothing to dissipate heat or sweat. It's raggedy, loose, and just overall bad. Not even close to being anything resembling a blanket.
This is not a feature, it's a design flaw and an annoyance. This product is extremely misleading and i definitely wouldn’t have bought it knowing this.
