I was diagnosed with gerd a little over a year ago. It is very soothing for my discomfort and pain. My dog has constant digestive issues and gets pancreatitis along with intestinal inflammation.

It tastes awful. I don't suggest adding it to anything to try and dilute the taste. It just taints whatever you add it to.
