Easy to use, no leaking. One downside is that you have to reach under the toilet and turn it off between uses to protect the tubing per the manual which a bit inconvenient. But boy-howdy it’s cold, cold water!

The bidet itself is faulty. Cheaply built product. But the experience i had is very bad. Very expensive to have done.
In instructions manual it is advised to shut off the valve for protection of the faucet head. This is pointless as shutting of the valve everytime is extremely inconvenient for seniors.
