Long time tracfone user. Havent had it long enough to know. They're easily ignored though. This happens every week or so, but has happened a couple of times in a day on occasion.
Tracfone recognizes a new phone but has the wrong imei. The speaker phone volume is a joke and that is giving the word joke a bad name.
Tracfone is no help. Item defective. It is very undependable. Not worth the money and frustration. Piece of junk.
I'm not a techie so this was important to me. It seems to be easy to navigate and operate as it should. Graphics are crisp and interface is easy to use. It is a little slow when using the internet, but does work fine for scrolling.
It does what it's suitable for with efficiency. The 16gb internal is on the slim side for storage space for me. It has a decent 2gb of ram as well.
