Long time tracfone user. Havent had it long enough to know. They're easily ignored though. This happens every week or so, but has happened a couple of times in a day on occasion.

Tracfone recognizes a new phone but has the wrong imei. The speaker phone volume is a joke and that is giving the word joke a bad name.

Tracfone is no help. Item defective. It is very undependable. Not worth the money and frustration. Piece of junk.

Everything works flawlessly and effectively. The only issue i've ever had is with the sd and sim card carriage.

Once the return window closes, there's nothing that can be done. It is entirely possible, given that this purchase was made close to christmas, that is was just a warehouse mixup.
