The velcro scratches your skin and it’s way to large for a 34 in waist. It sits straight on your waist, leaving huge gaps in the upper torso area. I’m tall (5’9”) and have a long torso, this band barely fits me.

Smells heavily of strong chemically rubber. After using less that 30 minutes a day for the past 3 weeks, the inside is ripping. I'm looking for a different one does the job well without making it seem as if i've never showered.
