The attic ease replaces the pull down cord on attic access stairs and other similar items. Works much nicer and looks more appealing than the crummy little string/chord the builder installed. Makes the attic door so much more neater.

The installation is neat and pleasing to the eye. We just prop the stick in the corner and i find myself much more likely to get up into the attic with this device. Easiest project ever.

Very sturdy. No issues with the hardware at all. This company needs to be commended for providing all the hardware needed and their product is sturdy and well made.

Fastener screw and pull down ring aren't threaded so they won't screw into each other. My attic door is very hard to open and the attic-ease is neither sturdy nor robust.
