It is not flimsy or lightweight at all. Sturdy enough to hold a half load of laundry and an 8 lb cat. It is maybe not overly sturdy, but then again this is light and not bulky.

Convemiently it folds and holds enogh clothes. Works great and i can't believe how much it holds! Hung up dresses and skirts, folded shirts, towels, intimates right on the racks.

Where the ribs meet the rack sections most ribs have sharp metal burrs pertruding noticeable only by the feel. The drying rack is smaller than expected and one of the four supports is not straight. Sweaters fall through. Would never recommend.

The folding feature allowing the hanger to be folded flat against the wall when not in use is an essential design component. Easy to install and sturdy. Stylish and very functional.
