It is the best moss * i have found. It may seem a bit expensive but when you consider that it makes 6 gallons then it seems to be reasonably priced.

At the recommended 1:5 dilution, it is worthless. Tv commercials are very misleading. This product is a definite do not purchase!

Second cleaner claims to kill moss, algae and mold. After using the entire bottle with a high pressure sprayer the pollen was still firmly attached to our deck. There were still mossy and algae and dirt in my deck.
