L-theanine is the only brand of l-theanine that relieves my anxiety. It sedates the mind-talk and calms down feelings of anxiety. Helps me with my insomnia. The only downside is that the calming i feel from it doesn't last more than 2 hours.

This product does not disappoint. This product was recommended by my hormone doctor as part of my nighttime routine. Will continue using this brand. It's pricey but worth every penny.

This is nowhere close to being as effective as something like caffeine. Caffeine causes a stimulating effect, whereas this is supposed to cause a relaxation effect yet doesn't.

It works good from the first 4 nights on a row. It is easy to take, no after taste and is packaged nicely.

With continued use we will see the hand tremors disappear completely. The shaking in my voice is almost gone. Have tried other remedies for my hand tremor but to no avail.

Tremanol does not work. Feels more like a hype than true science. Difficult to assess effectiveness.
