Thorne research's arabinex is a'miracle formula' that i use at the slightest sign of getting sick. This along with a medical grade probiotic seem to be helping my belly a lot.
Skullcap is a wonderful nervine. It tastes okay, decent enough that i take it directly from the dropper. It is especially potent but doesn't taste like dirt.
It’s chunky and cloudy. I am gluten free and cannot take extract as it would make me very sick.
