Pelican is the best edition! At $77 this edition is a steal and keeper.

It's not as bulky as the power-lifter's riverside and other editions. It manages its compactness without sacrificing page thickness.

The rsc will remain my favorite in terms of over all look and scholarly introductions. The most complete and informative tome for the shakespeare lover.

This is an excellent book that compiles nearly all of the great writer's plays into a beautiful hardcover masterpiece. Overall, this is a book you will buy, read, and deed to your children.

The quality of these notes is exemplary. It has great footnotes and intoductions. The notes given in the margins are helpful to the uninitiated reader.
