Not even the size of a t5, let alone t8. Only about 6 inches per light. The aluminum panels are not adjustable at all.

They clip right on, they are programmable to save having to install a separate timer, and they give the perfect type of light for my herb garden. The only downfall is the clamp.

The plant lights have white, soft white, and purple colors. It has 3 light settings with a timer. The light emitted from last year's model is different than this year's.
