Rhodiola was recommended by a naturopathic nurse practitioner. The pills are intact and packaged well, the bottle has a good description which instills my confidence in the company. Adaptogens are generally best used as needed, not preventative.

Rhodiola is not a sub for even ashwangdha! Any company that givesmisinformation is suspect. Gave me horrible headaches and rash. I assume they are using cheaper ingredients not sourced from siberia anymore.
