Even though this powdered extract is in capsule form, i open the capsules & dump it in a cup of hot tea.
I am 97% sure that i was experiencing something metabolic or having to do with glucose processing, so this worked really well for me. That usually leads into a nut butter and jelly sandwich.

Read the label (extract) must be from the ”leaves’. If one gets a bottle of the real gymnema and thinks more is better they will die. The capsules themselves smell horrible!
