These things work perfect. Works as advertised. Work like a champ!

Also lights up the entire semi-opaque colored glass, which is a plus. Great for our frosted light fixtures. Less energy used over the incandescent bulbs and less heat.

These bulbs are very economical to operate. New batch are even brighter than the originals, and maybe the new batches are more resilient?

This bulb is not rated for use with the lutron maestro. It doesn't flicker, it flashes. Unfortunately terrible flicker when dimming and not smooth dimming either.

Who wants a crazy bright salt lamp? Also, the brightness of these bulbs seems to vary considerably. The bulbs are super bright but 2 came dead on arrival.

Don't be fooled. I am passionate about conserving energy and resources, but a product that doesn't fulfill its sole purpose is a complete waste.
