The call clarity is excellent, the bluetooth and wifi is superb. I bought this mini smartphone to give it to my grandson as a gift for his birthday.
Came with a charger and looked pretty much brand new. Works like new for a refurbished product. If you do want to exchange, the process seems pretty seamless.

The screen is gorgeous is it hdr dolby vision and hlg compatible. The ios ecosystem is good for those who prefer apple products from ipads to apple watch or airpods. Other than that the phone is great.
