Both the wearer and the receiver receive the benefit of the vibration. The wearer has 2 vibrators that are specifically for them. The vibration is separate for the three components for maximum options.

Size is long and has girth and the battery power will drive you wild. It has vibrations and it’s quite big… for my people that like it like that lol. The mechanics inside feel strong and i don't feel like i'm going to tear this toy up anytime soon.
