The glendaveny pot with lid works at high heat, low heat - boils water, cooks beans. It heats quickly and evenly, the lid is a good tight fit and it’s been easy to clean. This attractive stainless steel three-quart saucepan is sturdy and heats well.
Im confident in its sturdiness. In the end, it's actually cheaper overall. Works great, good quality.
Great for making french omelette. Works well for fried or scrambled eggs with even heat distribution and fast clean up. I just wish it had a lid. I think that term might refer to something more specialized because chefs sometimes use that word.
The silicone handle is comfortable and cool to the touch, something i can’t say over my metal handled cookware. The little pour spout is nice, too.
Description says 2 quart but markings on inside go to 1-1/2 qt. Eggs were stick even worse, having to peal it off the bottom a bit. My other 2 qt saucepans are much bigger.
