S21 is exactly what was described. Includes a new oem charger. Wrapped it in the appropriate armor (otterbox commuter and armorsuit military shield) downloaded my s7 into my new tool.

The device has no seen scratch. Noticable scratches on the side rails but the screen is fine. Could not find any scratches or flaws. Only complaint is that the screen and body show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 12 inches away.

I am not a power user who stares at his phone for 8 hours a day. With that being said my only gripe is battery life, but i came from a cat s61 phone that would last almost 2 days.

This is my first and last time i’m buying a renewed phone on amazon. The phone is locked to a different carrier and suppose to be unlocked. The return policy is long. Look to other companies for renewed phones.
