Candles are dark green or jade, not black. Will never get it off. Company want product back before refund!

I like them, using for advent wreath and they are fine except they don't fit well in the candle holder. Burns evenly and great for candle spells.

The colors are vibrant as well. The black is a little grayish but not to noticeable. I think the price is high but my sis said not so as candles are pricey now days.

Green is kinda this translucent lime, blue is this really off robin's egg, orange is grapefruit, not sure what the lavender is supposed to be. Received all purple.

Quality is good for a candle. Was expecting more from the bold claim and positive reviews. Cannot recommend these for any purpose. If you plan on buying these for something where you want them to look even remotely decent just buy a different brand.
