Water is leaking through the bottom side of the top connection. This causes returns and delays in installing the original project. This one leaks below the spinning nut to go onto the tank fill.

Pretty disappointing. Returning it. Advise go elsewhere. This is clearly a used and damaged product!

Calling out the plumber. I have my own water heater which is set to maintain a relatively low temperature.

The hose is long enough for anyone's needs and the installation is a snap. Difficulty of installation depends on how much space you have around the seat. Easy to install.

The spray itself is terrific. It performs the job well.

It's poorly engineered and does not provide a proper seal on the connection to the toilet. We could not stop it from leaking. The spray attachment hose turns twice before it cant be * in anymore.

Have not yet received a refund for the fist replacement. This one is garbage.
