Started with slight headache, then nausea, then vomiting for an hour. I doubt if soap is good to ingest and i'm sure it's bad on our kidneys.

This is the only thing that has had an effect on my gastritis pain due to h pylori. I always start of with the lowest dose possible until i see how my system reacts to it and then i slowly increase the dosage daily until i get to the maximum dosage.
