Fennel is very helpful for night sweats and hot flashes. Not a cure, but very helpful. It helps digestion to stop the development of gasgas.
I'm usually very sensitive to like mucinex and sudafed types of decongestants. These don't upset my stomach or make me jittery. The effect is noticeable within an hour!
