Bladderwrack is a natural form of iodine. This supplement is great for thyroid health.
It has a the california prop 65 warning, which i did not feel was safe to use. The capsules are pretty thick also, so if you can't take thick pills, these are not for you.
The smell and taste are horrible! The whole kitchen stinks when you open the bottle. Disappointed so far.
