The beam is very bright. The battery life is very good too. It is much brighter than others i've purchased at large chain hardware stores that were assimilate in size. The metal quality doesn't feel cheap.

This little flashlight packs a big punch. Construction is durable and substantial.

Slightest touch to the button also causes the light modes to start looping. Getting the light to actually turn on is a chore. The blacklight only stays on for a few seconds, then a light turns on which cancels out the blacklight feature.
