It holds up very well with leakproof, dogs nails, and laundering. We trim our cat's nails, but they are able to play on top of this without snagging or piercing it.

This blanket is very soft, waterproof and comfortable. Blanket is as advertised and puppy loves it.

Received a blanket covered in hair. Will be returning. It sheds a lot; not usable!

One negative is it snags very easy. Only downside is not tumble drying.

If your skin is dry like mine it snags and pills causing the blanket to become rough. Eac time i wash it it gets worse.
