They're super bulky. The insulation is really bulky as well. My older gloves are much warmer - the fingers are fatter an packed with insulation.

The thumb inseam is too short, so that the seam between the palm and thumb is under stress. For me, dexterity is poor for me with these gloves because of this.

These gloves are pretty incredible, specially at the price point. They are a compression wrist wrap and glove all in one. These have plenty of padding on the inside, so it will change the size of your grip on the weights.

Palm padding and grip is superb, but the top of the finger is light and breathable. Well worth every penny.
