Once the whole apparatus is together, it feels pretty sturdy. Worth the cost, in my opinion.
The game incorporates kinetic sand. It has a similar play to the classic kerplunk game, but is actually a bit more interesting because of the unknown factor of not being able to see what is going on underneath the kinetic sand.
Players take turns pulling out colored sticks kerplunk style until pieces start dropping through the sand. The roll of the dice gives it some randomness, but there is also a bit of strategy in choosing which stick to pull.
Game is terrific fun. Laughed a lot. Your team wants to guess the most correct, and earn the most points.
Game description says for ages 8 and up but at least two of the words were inappropriate. Our friends have a +decade old version that is exponentially more functional. This thing is absolute garbage. Absolutely not worth a penny.
The plastic thing that holds the cards is defective. The plastic timer catches the cards and disrupts play.
