It's super gentle on your skin and glides over your face easily. The silicone makes it feel like it’s really helping scrub out the dirty ness out of the pores. The bristle is firm enough to clean well, but still feel good on the face.

The bristles are short, and aren’t going to make it thru to the skin if you have any decent growth of a beard or mustache.
