The mic is brighter than an sm58 with more mid-range cut. The jump in performance is way bigger than the jump in price. This microphone helps to enhance my vocal characteristics as well as having a higher output than the regular sm58.

Sm58 is the gig/live/rehearsal mic of choice any day. The behringer works fine but the shure sm58 (to my ear) sounds richer, warmer, tonally more responsive.

The bundle is the best bang for the buck. They are tough, consistant, and reliable. Very reasonably priced.

Great performance/sound and built like a tank! This is my 3rd i've owned. This is the mic her teacher highly recommended.

It is disappointing to get a defective product. Since it was not sold directly by amazon, the return is not as smooth already as i would have liked.

Like the mcdonald's burger, billions of these mics have been sold. They are not as durable as they should be. The saying goes why drive a pinto when you can drive a cadillac?
