The mic is brighter than an sm58 with more mid-range cut. The jump in performance is way bigger than the jump in price. This microphone helps to enhance my vocal characteristics as well as having a higher output than the regular sm58.
This product is very good. Having an interface fixes this issue. The microphone is great. The usb wire works great.
