The color of the lampshade is a very light brown and is vintage looking and pretty. The black bases and cream-colored linen shades will work well with most design styles.

The shade wire is white, while the lamp base is black and the piece that holds the base and shade together is gold. I have to try multiply times for it to work. Not grey as described in the product description.
The lights get to a nice brightness and rims nicely, but the cracking isn’t good. Even for $1. They are small. The rim is also small.
