I kind of wish the plate was some kind of roller so it can glide over my skin more easily. The device is easy to operate with the touch of a button. I like the size of the metal plate, and it fits nicely in my hand.

It gets toasty hot quickly and really cold as well. The speed this heats up is super impressive. But the speed this cools down is insane.

It has 2 settings hot and cold plus a vibration mode that you can use with both. Each press of the same button will cycle through the hot/ hot & sonic vibration.
