I don't have any crackling of my sound at all it's crystal clear and it works every time i turn it on. It's the right size to fit under my samsung tv. I am 100% satisfied customer but everything i own is samsung. No complaint at all.

The subwoofer connects the rear speakers via wired cables, and there's a ton of length between them. This is the best surround sound system i have owned. We have a relatively small house and this package fills the space with sound.
