The bass is tight and punchy and the voices are clear and planted on screen.

The design of the sound bar is very sleek but the bright color is a bit easy to notice dirt and yellowing. This sound bar sounds like it is twice the size at least; very full sound especially in the midrange.

Sounds good but volume at 100 isn’t even that loud. It changes source and turns the volume up full bast, by itself, repeatedly. It's completely unusable because of lag.

Product still under warranty. Only operated through remote for 2 months. Its a real bummer. It's so infuriating.

The arc has a noticeably fuller sound. It is a pure demo for the system to flex its muscles. The arc sound quality is very good but arguably not best in class.

The sound is very well balanced no need for subwoofer. I have the total system consisting of the arc, sub and sl1 surrounds. Excellent soundbar, sub, and surround speakers.

Sonos arc rarely ever works. The instructions on the sonos website are obsolete. I hope the government investigates these frauds.

When running surround tests there were no sounds bouncing from the sides for surround and nothing from atmos. Very ironic given the cost of the sound bar and subwoofer. Integrated music play is garbage - if you use spotify, etc.

Sonos beam has no remote and does not allow use of optical output. There are no controller setup options in the tv menu.

The app is clearly very buggy. It's just copy/paste bs that always starts with did you disable and re-enable the alexa skill? Awful software. I have only 2 items for s1, the rest are for s2, and it's an utter pain the *.
