No manufacturer or carrier can give me a solution to use mobile data. I have to return the phone as no manufacturer or carriers can help me. I can't change the carrier according to the phone's networkdatum.

Samsung has created a clunky, unintuitive ui that makes even basic functions complicated. Samsung keeps pushing their cloud and their integration, trying to force users into creating a samsung account. Bottom this phone is a $1200 disappointment.
