It's obvious this phone was not tested on a network before being sold refurbished. The screen goes off multiple times a day and does not respond to any * for several minutes. There is no power button.

It has an overcharge protection feature, too, to extend the overall battery life. Getting poetic case today.

The sound is mostly very good, tho on occasion, when turned to full volume on speaker, there is a bit of an echo. Only thing i don't like about the phone is it's to big. Looks and performs like the old phone.

No protective covers or cases can save this thing from destroying itself. Short security update life and fragile power port have me thinking the current phone is my last moto. Phone is constantly spamming annoying messages.

The camera takes very grainy photos. The screen has a pixelated look. Map bounces around while on same road. Sometimes wifi issues.

It runs all my apps slowly and have had to completely exit out and refresh so it could work again. But it has 257 apps for all sorts of other nonsense. Apps open slower, the ui is more sluggish, overall horrible experience. Keeps losing gps.

Slow for being an octo-core. This phone is slower than dial up internet. It runs out of juice in 1/2 the time.
