Tmobile won't unlock it. When u call samsung, they tell u only partly how to get rid of the issue. It works only momentarily or not, and comes back with vengence.

It isn't unlocked at all. It says unlocked to all carriers but it can't be used with cricket or straight talk. It comes with a card claiming you can change the apn settings to work with straight talk, which is not true.
