This is not true if you use spectrum. Requested refund and still waiting. Takes way to long to get a refund. Fortunately i am a verizon customer so it will work but just be aware that the description is faulty.

Face recognition works pretty fast for sure and is nice to be able to unlock your phone like that. My one and only gripe.

X optical zoom is nice, the pen is worthless, the screen is fine. Dream phone is a nightmare. Samsung is on the wrong path with this phone.

The replaceable batteries were dropped. The headphone jack was dropped. Refund process was not honored. Samsung needs to reconsider!
