This is not true if you use spectrum. Requested refund and still waiting. Takes way to long to get a refund. Fortunately i am a verizon customer so it will work but just be aware that the description is faulty.
There wasn't a single blemish or imperfection anywhere on this phone. Nice bright flashlight.
