Very happy with this phone and amazon reconditioning. Used tweezers to remove and install my sim. Did process for facial recognition.
The speed and performance upgrades are super noticeable, and the battery life is in a whole new world. Gb storage are awesome!
Set up was flawless. Came with a charger and looked pretty much brand new. If you do want to exchange, the process seems pretty seamless.
