Very happy with this phone and amazon reconditioning. Used tweezers to remove and install my sim. Did process for facial recognition.

The phone looks brand new with absolutely no scratches or marks and the battery came with 88% battery life. The charger provided also charges the phone quickly and feels durable. The phone was also fully unlocked to work with any carrier.

Phone is sim locked so my verizon sim card is being rejected. Losing almost 40% of battery life in two hours of light use isnt acceptable. Screen has a crack middle way that extends a quarter in from the side.

It is useful to pay attention before purchasing the product. Perhaps that’s the reason seller intentionally cheated? Don’t buy from this seller.
