Amazon sent me to the distributor mobiles international, and those people write back three answers and no gave a solution for my failure. I was unable to buy a mobile phone from amazon.
After much wasted time trying to rectify the problem, called amazon tech support. They keep repeating the same thing- our system is not allowing to process a refund for the restocking fee. Now, amazon receives it and refunds me 80%.
Not a bad phone, but at an inflated price. Each call lasts 45 minutes. The seller needs to better check the phones before shipping.
The battery capacity is only 86%, but the product descriptions says is it at least 90%. I am very disappointed. Spent 2 days trying and nothing.
