The screen is plenty good for most anyone's purposes. It's plenty loud enough for her needs. Perfect fit and narrow enough to feel good in the hand. Pleased with both.

Setting up the phone and getting the apps copied over was easy. Little bit of trouble with the simm card but resolved. The sim slot beside the sd slot, uses the imei number for slot 1.

The camera is a little challenging, practice with it a lot before going on a major photo spree. However, the macro and portrait features are nice, and do take good photos. My only complaint is that the pictures i take don't come out very well.

No dings, knicks, or scratches. Just one negligible scratch on the corner of the casing. Camera quality is impressive, and the performance is top-notch.

The phone has glue all around the outside of the phone. No longer can have service from any provider. Tried replacing battery, still overheats and shuts down every 5 minutes. I am not pleased with the purchase.

The seller has a different return window of 30 days. I was never charged a restocking fee by any of them. If amazon/seller could refund me i am happy to leave a positive review.
