This thing is just a lamented sheet of paper they put in front of the ac. Main plastic piece is very bendy and supplied with a piece of cloth. The plastic handles also feel easily breakable.

Great quality and excellent customer service. Not cheaply made. Would recommend this product.

The personalization is very easy to read, and my cat seems very comfortable in the collar. I like that the tag doesn't hang down into the water, and isn't super glued on to be peeled off.

The break away clasp is a must for me on any cat collar and it works perfectly. Easy to resize as one cat is extremely skinny and the other hefty.

The reflectors in this collar are great as well. It is reflective, adjustable has a name/number tag, and will pull apart and release if the collar gets caught. I love the reflective material especially considering my cats have black fur.

These are cute and reliable collars. They work properly, and unsnap if they get caught on something. Sometimes they’re alive or barely so the bell gives them a chance.
