On non training days, consume 2 scoops throughout the day; for best results consume daily. I drink one scoop in the morning and one scoop right after work and the results are amazing. I am not sore at all in the mornings which is incredible.

Wowzer has a short ingredient list, no sugar, tastes good and doens't have caffiene. It's not sweetened with an artificial sweetner. I absolutely love the flavor, it's super tasty and delicious and you feel like you are drinking a tasty juice.
The ingredient list is for the most pretty clean. The ingredients are good in my opinion- so not faulting the formula. One of the best bcaa powders.
The blackberry lemonade flavor is faint but it's easy to deal with. The pineapple flavor is real legit and by far one of my favorites. I like the taste in plain water, i like cold water so it takes a little longer to dissolve, no biggie.
Muscle repair in full gear. It makes a difference in my soreness and fatigue. I am not even half as sore as when i didn't use it. The bottle mentions taking two servings for optimum use.
No matter how hard i try and mix it, it’s still grainy and settles at the bottom. I use a shaker bottle and it foamed excessively during mixing. This is the worst tasting product i’ve ever bought.
