The secret is to preheat the stone at 550f for 30 mins first.
Great for leftovers that have a soggy bottom crust if re-heated any other way. Cooks thin and thick crust pizzas to perfection. Works very well for my home oven and pizza dough made in my bread machine.
The non-stick coating is also a bonus, no problems with any sticking. The only downside is that when trying to cut the pizza, it slides around because the pan is pretty slick. Throw all other pizza pans away.
Cleaning with a wet paper towel is sufficient. Dishwasher safe. Easy to clean and manageable.
